A selection process has been called for the awarding of no. 1 Research Assignment (incarico di ricerca) named "Development and applications of computational methods and pipelines for the analysis of shotgun metagenomic data for the phylogenetic study of microbiome species from various hosts" within the project “MUR - FIS-2023-03427 – Large-scale phylogenetic analysis to study the evolution of human microbiome species” Project Nr. FIS-2023-03427 - CUP E53C25000400001 – MicroPENCD by the Department CIBIO. The selection is based on the evaluation of qualifications and an interview may follow.  

ATTENTION: The requested number of publications is to be considered a maximum. The requested publications are not mandatory, in accordance with the attached Decree 908
