Description

At the Department of Psychology and Cognitive Science of the University of Trento, pursuant to Article 22-bis of Law no. 240 of 30 December 2010, a selection procedure based on qualifications and an interview is hereby announced for the award of one (1) post-doc assignment, with a fixed-term subordinate employment contract, for the purpose of carrying out research activities as well as collaboration in teaching (max. 42 h) and third-mission activities within the scope of the following research project.

The subject of the project "University teaching, integrated research and qualitative methodology- CUP E73C23000020001" consists of the analysis of the integration of research and teaching in university contexts, with a focus on the role of the educator and the use of qualitative methods to promote inclusion and well-being. The candidate will be expected to carry out the following activities: a) critically review the relevant literature on the relationship between teaching practices and educational research; b) design and implement qualitative research tools (such as interviews, focus groups, or observations) within university settings; c) interpret the collected data in order to identify effective strategies for fostering inclusive learning environments. The research will specifically address the ways in which the integration of research and teaching can impact learning processes, student well-being, and the professional development of educators.
